Best Lawyer Out There!!
I called this lawyer, Demaria, at 2 a.m., and he answered the phone. Every lawyer advertised 24 hour help, but he is the only one that actually answered the phone at 2 a.m., after calling probably 10 lawyers. He then met me in the morning and got my boyfriend out of jail without me needing to pay bail. He then got my boyfriend’s case adjourned to a dismissal.

Excellent Attorney
Daniel DeMaria help our son get charges reduced from a misdemeanor to a violation. Gave us an abundance of information before we hired him. He answered all our questions, and had experience to understand both parents of and college age students who made a mistake that got them in trouble. Had a large knife in his carry on, and was arrested. Mr. DeMaria worked hard, and my son will have no record.

While my father was detained and having already been represented by another lawyer, for us to hire a new one seemed like restarting back to square 1. That was the best decision we made as a family in my fathers benefit! Daniel immediately opened a phone line for my father prior to being hired. Daniel made himself available to accept a case at 1am and provided clear advice and reassurance to myself as a person dealing with the judicial system for the first time on behalf of a family member. He attended arraignment proceedings the next morning and was able to get a petit larceny case acquitted with consideration of dismissal (ACD), meaning in 6 months it will be expunged from the records as if it never happened. The public defender appointed had already agreed a guilty plea with the prosecutor, which would have meant a criminal conviction and a potentially negative consequences in the future for employment and immigration. Each individual case is different and should be judged on its own merits but I would always advise to hire a private attorney if circumstances allow and can fully recommend Daniel.

Worth it
I received a DAT back in October and decided to seek out a lawyer. Daniel was the best choice I could’ve made. He was available at all times through text and by phone call, answered any and all questions, eased any anxiety and took care of my case thoroughly. He reassured me it will get handled in that one court appearance which it did and he also managed to get me an ACD so I have no criminal record. I found Dan due to his high ratings at Avvo. I had never been in a situation where I needed a defense attorney, so given I didn’t have any immediate family in law, I was going in pretty blind. Dan walked me through the case and implications over the phone for free, and was totally calm and informative. He was able to get me an ACD, which is something he’s done for many people. The best thing about Dan was his responsiveness; anytime I was concerned or had new information, I could text or email him and he would get right back to me. He frequently stayed in touch with the DA and I would recommend him to anyone.
